The firm is a private industrial company engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of a range of construction machinery and equipment, surface mining machinery, and logging equipment principally in Spain. The company was incorporated in the year 1973. The registered head office of the company is located in La Puebla de Alfinden, Spain. The firm comprises its business activities in manufacturing drilling and underground mining machinery and equipment, industrial plant overhead traveling cranes, hoists, truck-type cranes and hoists, winches, aerial work platforms, and automotive wrecker hoists, rail layers, ballast distributors and other railroad track-laying equipment. These machinery and equipment are used in the following: fixed and mobile installations for crushing, selecting and washing aggregates; concrete-making plants and gravel-cement installations; installations for treating urban solid waste; installations for treating construction and demolition waste; and fixed and mobile installations for compacting all types of waste. The company operates under the supervision and management of General Manager Luis Alonso de Pedro.
